Store and Breeding Cattle
Store cattle prices rise again against an increase in supply, reflecting the continuing upward movement of the beef trade. As the beef cattle shortage continues, recent media headlines are illustrating some covid related supply problems such as "Global shortage in computer chips reaches crisis point" and "US Restaurants face ketchup packet shortages amidst covid pandemic"
The roaring twenties was a period after the first world war and the Spanish flu pandemic, that represented a time of great prosperity in some sectors in certain parts of the globe. Is history about to repeat itself ??
There were no shortage of cattle in Norwich on Saturday and prices were definitely roaring !!
