Notes

276 Head of Cattle & Calves

Store and Breeding Cattle

Excellent shows all round for the time of year with many uncertainties facing the industry, such as Deal or no Deal, COVID, straw, feed, windmills, trees, vaccines, CO2 and cold weather.
Trade continues for quality whereas secondary sorts which require more farming can be variable, so stronger 'warm' cattle or shapey younger ones are the flavour of the month. The show and sale of suckled calves was won by Holly Lutkin with a Blonde x steer. Our thanks go to the judge,  Mr. Brian Ward.
