For the avoidance of doubt, we will only annouce NAMED SIRES if the sires EAR TAG NUMBER is printed on the passport, accompanied by the FULL NAME of the pedigree registered Bull. We will announce SIRE TAG if there is a sires tag number printed on the passport but no name of a registed bull. You will appreciate that we do not have time to verify this information on sale day. The details supplied to us on the entry forms MUST be accurate. DNA tests are regularly carried out and the vendor will be liable for any discrepancies. Thank you
343 Store Cattle and Calves There were many, many, many customers missing around the ringside, with a slight break in the weather allowing a chance to spray and drill. However, despite fewer people and a less than top quality entry in places, there was still plenty of competition and a firm trade ensued, albeit slightly easier than some of the recent flyers.

A few more about and a very good trade considering some cow centres are struggling with the virus up North. Cows sold to 137ppkg for RH Rash & Son and 131ppkg for Mr & Mrs Claxton.

A very wet day again in Norwich with sheep in general not showing their best and Nationally a bit easier, though again Norwich more than holding their own amongst most markets and outlets.
PRIME LAMBS (311)
A few more about today with prices a bit easier but all farmers got good returns for their stock. Top prices went to Alburgh Lamb at 233.40ppkg and Michelle Lakey at £115 per head.
