The trade marches on !! stronger cattle were dearer today - a reflection of some finished cattle coming to big money at the moment and the well known equation of supply and demand.
Many happy vendors were well pleased with their prices, which left several buyers scratching their face masks

Another super dooper entry met the usual fierce bidding producing an overall average of 131.94ppkg. Holman & Partners sold 3 Charolais Cows to 159ppkg, with a big Hereford Cow from M. Wyand making 135ppkg or £1336. I wonder why cows and calves make a good price ??
Cull bulls sold to £1200 for a Hereford from M. Wyand and £110 for an A.Angus from Mrs Cargill
