A very good entry in the Principality and a bit of quality again
Feeders are still catching up on their numbers so trade is maintaining very high levels, helped by a bit of spark in the beef and cull cow markets.

A very nice trade again, very very nice in fact with Heifers to 375ppkg and 360ppkg for Mills on Wheels. Cows reached 358ppkg or £2452 for N. Darling
BREEDING CATTLE
An excellent entry of over 40 Cows and Calves from Sharman Partners and Mills on Wheels today saw decent outfits £2,000 plus up to £2,850 for Mills on Wheels, again showing the Cow & Calf Capital of the Country can produce the goods

Some Centres report prices easier, ours felt pretty similar, with a top of £665 for a Charolais from R. Paterson, who also sold another Charolais at £625.

An increased entry and a nice trade straight through. Meat and conformation counts in the Lamb and Ewe trade and there are many people looking for Store Lambs at the moment.
Prime Lambs topped at £177.00 for E Long and 338ppkg for Michelle Lakey.
