Another very very fast trade. Some of the heifers were a little less money today but that is how it goes.
CW Potter topped the market with Blues at £770 and £760. R. Paterson came next with Charolais to £655 and Alex Dann with Blues to £590. CB & SC Gapp made £545 of a Blue and £425 for an A. Angus. R. Parterson reached a record £485 for a Hereford

Today we held our Annual Ewe & Lamb sale (with details to follow). Less numbers in the Hoggs with prices on the slide good show of Cull Ewes which were keen.

Less in money and quality with Hoggs coming to an end, teeth now shooting through, but topped at 321.70 for J. Hird and £164 for Richard Criddle.

Some good numbers and quality today, mainly due to Bures Farm Partners selling 120+ fit ewes and averaging towards £200 per ewe and topped at £272.00

Mr Keeler from Keeler Butchers rwas here again today to present his Trophy very kindly donated to the best Ewe & Lamb outfit, which was expertly picked out by our esteemed Judge, Rob Britton.

CHARITY LAMB
I was overwhelmed by the generosity of my Norwich Family, The Farms and Staff who all supported my 2 Charities, Prostrate Cancer and Helping Disabled Children in Sport.

Richard Criddle very kindlyi supplied me with a Lamb to auction and started at £200.  It was put up several times and achieved a massive £2010
What a great result and I was over the moon
