A slightly smaller entry with more vendors with smaller lots compared to the last sale. Those present certainly found out how the cattle in Norfolk is - better than expected. No strength today with the top price being only 12 months old . Even the great and the good cannot value anything !!

A lot of interest again with Cows and Calves to £2275 for A.Gee. In Calf Heifers reached £1900 for KM Key and Bulling Heifers £1400 for G Grover.

Some buyers could not make it today however, calves were dearer, selling to a modest £700 for a BB Bull Calf from CW Pottter, with another from the same home to £610 Charolais from R Paterson reached £610, £595 & £570, £525, £500 and Herefords from  same home to £450, £440 (twice).  Alex Dann sold B.Blues to £420 and CB & SC Gapp made £415 of an Angus.  Herefords from Eddie Brigham sold to £410.

A decent entry with prices everywhere very up and down. We had a reasonable trade throughout with farmers very pleased.
