Better weather and better prices. A lot of bite to the store cattle trade with several buyers keen to secure cattle as numbers start to dry up.
On the flip side, the beef trade is just getting a bit sticky at present but demand will hopefully improve shortly. Feed and fertiliser prices look like they will reduce going forward which will be helpful.

A nice Limousin outfit from David Andrews topped the market at £1400

A seasonal entry met a firm trade for the quality on offer. Limousin Bulls from RJ Barnes topped the market at £295, matched by little suckler bred Blues from Davis Dairies. To£282, whilist Angus calves peaked at £195 for CB & SC Gapp

A good busy market at Norwich today with interest for everyone, and good to see the Breeders attract much interest.
