305 STORE CATTLE AND CALVES

STORE CATTLE

There is now less demand for store cattle and calves, due to yards being full and the price of forage and hard feed. However, as always, Norwich probably fared better than most, with all our local "big hitters" appearing and competing to produce the usual scenario that quality stock makes a good price, especially the stronger warm cattle and second rate types struggle the most.
