An excellent show in terms of numbers, although quality now tailing off somewhat trade was up. Demand for everything farming is up. Just stand outside a burger retailer,it is a relentless tidal wave that cannot be stopped.

Sussex Cows & Limousin x Steer Calves sold to £1275 and £1100 for David Andrews

Alex Dann topped the market with B.Blues at £470, £465 etc.  CW Potter got to £425 with Blues and David Parsons also reached £425.  R Paterson sold Hereford Bulls to £390 with Heifers to £310 and Eddy Brigham made £370 of his Hereford Bull Calves.  Angus Heifer Calves from FW Parsons made £335 and R. Paterson £310. Black and Whites to £150 from CW Potter.

A busy day at Norwich for our Ewe & Lamb Show and Sale which was well supported. As we come to the end of the Hoggs we see many heavy lambs and plenty of them shooting teeth which is relective in the prices.
Springers now taking over and a keen demand, topping at 333ppkg for Justin Rust-Andrews and £150 for Sam Grand.
